Mojo Plush

The original Mojo plushie had a few loose threads. Getting him ready for manufacturing meant figuring out what parts of its charm were essential, and how to balance production with his 3D shape.

Working closely with Rodolfo, a (world-class) 3D modeler, the focus shifted to very real questions: where does he need structure, how do we capture proportions, and what actually survives a factory line. The final 3D reference gave the manufacturing team something clear to build towards: plush that could exist in the real world and be hugged repeatedly.
