Designing Mojo in a mascot suit means accepting one hard truth: a human is going inside him. Mojo needed to look like himself while still being walkable, huggable, and stable enough to survive real floors and real crowds.

The design balanced personality with practicality - soft enough for hugs, expressive enough to emote, and sturdy enough to stay upright (grippy feet included). The result is a Mojo who works just as well in real life as he does on screen.
